I'll probably not succeed. 47 exercise minutes a day - sorry, that's my normal for 5 days. I do take two days a week off.
I don't know if it's me, but previously goals were increased by smaller increments. Now they're becoming undoable. At least it seems that way....

This is encouraging that it's no longer suggesting a 10% increase over some metric I hit last month. That's two months in a row of that.

The December 2020 challenge is to compete with me in all aspects whether it is health, exercise academics, professional field, or about the best version of myself and also encouraging people with their well being and helping the needy.
As talking about fitness the iPhone helping a lot with its best-ever features and keep us motivated in our fitness journey.
Sounds wise. However, we are referring to the individual challenges those of us who have Apple Watches receive at the beginning of each month from Apple! What was your specific challenge? I excited to see what my challenge will be for January!
