WatchOS 7.1. Has anyone noticed that their notifications are not syncing to their Apple Watch?

Notifications received while your iPhone is awake, as in that the screen is on, won’t appear on your Watch. Or do you mean that you don’t receive notifications on your Watch while the iPhone screen is not on?

When my iPhone screen is not on.

Turn both your iPhone and Watch off and turn them on again after one minute.
This should in theory fix any issues with notifications.

Check that the notifications are enabled in the Watch.app, under Notifications.
