Separate watch faces for different time zones?

I travel quite regularly across different time zones (Australia to the USA as an example) and whilst I know how to add complications to my Apple Watch face to show me the time zone in the place I'm headed, I'd really like to have a separate watch face that displays the time in the destination time zone...

Prior to owning an Apple watch, I would always set my watch to the time it was going to be when I landed. This helps to get my head adjusted and reduce the effects of jet lag. I don't seem to be able to do this on the Apple Watch as I can't adjust the time until I actually land and the watch picks up the new time when I turn on my iPhone....

Any suggestions? :)

Welcome to iMore. I think you can go into the Apple Watch app General, Language & Region, Custom and change it from there.
