No, only the series 4 has the hardware needed for those features to work.

1. Disable Hey Siri on the Watch
2. Reboot the Watch

It should now work for you.

I believe that raise to speak is S3 and S4 only.

Yes, I think you’re right I tried rebooting but still nothing. That’s ok though, I’ll have a 44mm space black S4 on my wrist on Friday.

Still have not fixed the battery complication. I’m on OS 5 GM.
