Contacts not Showing Since Watch OS 4 Update

I update my watch 2 days ago and have turned it off numerous times but contacts still will not appear. When a message or call comes through it only shows the number. Anyone else having this issue? Any advice?

I have not had the chance to play around with WatchOS 4. Hopefully someone who has more knowledge on this matter will reply soon.

On your iPhone go into the watch app, general, reset and reset sync data. See if that works
