So it’s seems impossible to downgrade from watchOS beta dev to watchOS current public version, without sending our watch to Apple service... didn’t find any way to do it...

So my question is if I stay on watchOS 4 beta dev, will it be possible next year to migrate easily to watchOS 5 beta dev ???
By only replacing the watchOS 4 profile by the 5 ?

I have the Serie-2 GPS on watchOS 4 GM now.

As long as you’re on the betas, you’ll see the update for future betas. There shouldn’t be any need to replace the profile.

I know for a fact that I needed to replace the iOS 10 beta for my iPhone 7 Plus with the profile for iOS 11 betas.
I believe this to be the case for the Apple Watch.

Fact is that you will know for sure when watchOS 5 betas become available.

Thanks for clarifying that.

And about downgrading beta dev to public version without Apple Service anyone found a way ...?

Remove the profile from the Watch (in the Watch app on your iPhone / iPad) and wait for an update, seems to be your best bet.
I haven’t have the need to go with official releases on my Watch, but let us know if this worked for you.

In my search in the web those who did deleted the profile said that it didn’t work...

I just bought a serie-3 Apple Watch that I will receive the 22th September.
So that’s why I wanted to sell my serie-2 by getting it back on the public watchOS...
But I think I’m gone to keep it to play with watchOS 5 next year and keep my serie-3 on the public watchOS.

Well I cross my fingers and deleted the beta profile from my serie-2e watch and my iPhone 6s...

Will see what will happen tomorrow...
For now it say iOS 11.0 (15R372) on my iPhone
and the watch say 4.0 (15R372)

May be I will see nothing till we hit 4.0.1...and 11.0.1...?

Wow a bigger mystery, my watch série 2 from which I remove the dev profile beta was at watchOS 4.0 (15A372) this morning is now showing
watchOS 4.0 (15R372) like those on public watchOS 4.0 ! ???
Maybe I’m back on public update will see in the next public update...

But my iPhone 6s which I also remove the dev profile beta is still at
iOS 11.0 (15A372)...
