This update is killing me. First time it said not connected to internet, now it’s taking forever in the preparing stage. Like 20+ minutes.

I’m restoring my Watch as we speak.

I have tried every imaginable thing to troubleshoot. I’ve had this since beta1 -> beta 2 update.
I’m hoping beta 4 fixes all of that. So far it seems to be very stable and reliable. Battery life seems all right too. I’ve only lost 6% battery in the last hour and a half.
Could you check if Health on your iPhone shows your heart rate for that time period ?
My heart stopped with beta 3, hopefully it will beat again with beta 4.
I don’t have anything on the graph for that time period. Just the time before update and now. I don’t go into Health very often. I’ll keep checking as the day goes on.
Apparently my heart stopped with beta 3.
Let’s see if 4 will make my heart beat again.

Make sure the beta 4 profile is still installed. Also, fully exiting the Watch app and then re-opening it allowed me to bypass what was depicted in your screenshot And allow for the update to take place.
I did a restore, force closed the watch app, restarted the watch, restarted the phone, deleted the profile, installed the profile, restarted again to no avail.
I’m giving it some time off now. It’s way past bed time for me. Tomorrow is another day.
Apparently my heart stopped with beta 3.
