Ring for specific contacts and other silence?

Hello.
I'm new with iPhone.
Is there an option to pick specific phone numbers/ contacts that the phone will ring when they calls and everyone else quiet ?

You can assign specific contacts custom ringtones an assign them to the VIP list... And use the Do not Distrub feature to always ring for VIPs in your contacts and remain silent otherwise.
