Are you trying to use the thumbnail instead of the original image? Click/tap on them to get the full size version and then use that...

You're right that it's a gift and we should be appreciative, but Bradley's post wasn't rude. He had a question/concern because he couldn't get it to look the way he thought it was supposed to on his screen, that's all. Plus, he did say thank you.
