How can transfer video from PC to iphone?

when I click on my Phones name in iTunes, it doesn't have a video option just Summery, Info Apps, Music, Movies, and Photos. I see no where in iTunes that says Video

I think the best (easiest) way is to include the videos in an album in your "MY PHOTOS" folder. Then it will be available to sync under the PHOTOS heading in iTunes. Make sure the "INCLUDE VIDEOS" check box is checked on that screen.
