Two Ringtone Playlists?

I have two ringtone playlists. One is the standard one that pops up when iTunes is activated. The other is one i call "all my ringtones", which i imported over from my Blackberry. Can i take the second one(all my ringtones) and add it to the first one(the one in itunes), so that i have only one master playlist that would sync every time i plugged in the iPhone? If so, what would be the best and easiest way of doing this? I'm guessing that iTunes would automatically convert the ringtones to it's own format. I'm using a Mac, if that makes a difference. Thanks.

Got it figured out with the help of a ringtone converter from the app store. Just trying to get all my ducks in a row(it's almost baseball season), while waiting for the ios 4.3 jailbreak.
