Handbrake help for pc user please

ok so i tried d/l handbrake for my windows xp and when it was opened three folders were displayed one that says docs with all the user agreements and fine print, one that says HANDBRAKECLI and then one that says libgcc_sjlj-1.dl what do i do after this folder has opened please help....

Did you d/l the cli version of Handbrake?

I just d/l ed and installed the GUI version of Handbrake and it installed and ran fine. The CLI version is a Command Line Interface version.

I use the GUI version, as I am not versed well enough in using commands. It is much simplier.
