    I rip mine from DVD's, I have several hundred and buy more all the time. Anymore when a new one comes out, I buy it, burn it to a blank and rip it to mp4 at the same time. That way I get the aspect ratio right and everyone isn't stretched. You can use Nero 7 or above for this.

    It converts them to MPEG-4. I also use Plato video converter to change the avis and wmvs I have to mp3. It's pretty awesome and will let you convert to 3gp, or format for PSP, zune or a couple others.

    If u dont want to buy on ituns,can try this method.

    Install Pavtube YouTube Convert which is an extremely easy-to-use downloader and converter.

    Download your favorite movies from website like YouTube, Myspace, Yahoo, Google, etc,then convert them to iPhone
    I have tried this way, it can work well, thank you for the advice.

    I don't rip from DVD's for iPhone much, but when I do I use DVDFab. It's paid PC software, but works fast and flawless. Think they have 3 versions:

    DVD to DVD
    Blueray to Blueray
    DVD to mobile

    You can check it out HERE. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an always-up-to-date DVD ripping software.
