Ever since the latest iOS update the app keeps looping and not wanting to open. I will power off and turn phone back on and it will work
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 separate times. Still acting up

Good question. I called Verizon and the customer service rep said many people have called complaining. So that explains it. I hope they update it soon.

Not sure. That’s odd. I tested it on my iPad as well and it works fine there too.

My Verizon app does the same thing. Most of the time it opens just fine. When I get the spinning circle, I just swipe it away and re open it.
I thought it was just me. Hopefully they come out with a fix soon.

I think those who are having issues should call and report it. I think more people call possibly a fix will happen.

Ok I called tech support because I wanted to make sure it was reported. It has been a known issue since October! It’s the iOS so hopefully they will fix it
