    Is that the My Verizon app? How did you get all the devices on your account to show? I have five lines on the new unlimited plan and the app only shows my line.
    I believe your line has to be registered as the main line on the account to see the usage of others.

    You may be able to change the primary on the account, but you would need to do it with customer service.

    @Sophos Jump on a chat with the online team on the website. They will help you set it up if its not already set up like that. They will probably close your current profile and have you create a new one with those privileges. You'll need to know the account security information.

    I'm on a pace to use 19/20 gb for my cycle which is my normal monthly usage. Only this time it's a lot cheaper with my unlimited data plan.

    My parents keep asking my about the advertisements. I added them and my sister to my plan a long time ago. We are considering switching even with the $30 jump per month. It would finally allow my parents internet at home, and they could both use their tablets without worrying over the data limit. Only hard sell is the autopay. Not a one of us likes that little hoop to jump.

    Autopay isn't a requirement for the plan. Simply a requirement for the additional $10 savings. If you don't like it, then don't sign up for that. You'll just have to pay the extra $10 so your jump would be $40 instead of $30. Is the unlimited worth a $40 increase would then be the question?

    The Verizon site is having issues. It shows 0gb data usage for all lines.

    I'm guessing this may only be an issue in markets such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, D.C., and the like during peak hours.

    Just an FYI -- I applied my military discount without any issues to the plan so that discount is confirmed to work .
