Thanks. I figured it would only be a matter of time after AT&T pulled the trigger on wifi calling.

Looking forward to this -- hopefully it's something that activates at lower bars, not just 0. I've got a few spots in my house (including my favorite chair!) that can be horrible.

Wifi calling activates as soon as u have a wifi connection..

Looking forward to this -- hopefully it's something that activates at lower bars, not just 0. I've got a few spots in my house (including my favorite chair!) that can be horrible.

Wifi calling activates as soon as u have a wifi connection..

I read somewhere else that it didn't kick in until you had lower signal on LTE (or 3G, etc) but if this is the case that would probably be best at my house!

Yup its awesome, I tried it out with t-mobile and such, as soon as your connected to WIFI, it shows Wifi calling, so anything goes over wifi, Phone calls and texting.. No weak cellular signal needed to activate it...

I read somewhere else that it didn't kick in until you had lower signal on LTE (or 3G, etc) but if this is the case that would probably be best at my house!

The FCC approved AT&T pretty quick, and AT&T had it implemented a couple days later. Hoping Verizon doesn't continue to drag their feet on this. Verizon's signal penetration in my office building is horrible.
