    I have this issue daily once I get over about 5 gbs of data use. My iPhone 5s typically wont use more than 500kbps-1mbps os service until around 11 it will go up to 5mbps and 12am-1am 16mbps again until 7 am it starts to go back down to 5mbps.. Its not only my phone on my account its all of them. Its every day until the new billing cycle. It is also only during peak hours it would seem. Anyone else have this problem?

    You're likely being throttled... and it's well within Verizon's terms of service to do so when you exceed a threshold.

    Not for me. This is at 10 pm not sure if it's a peak time or not.

    Yea i think im getting throttled too. My service any where i go is slow and always gets pushed to 1x. My data speed is slow even if i get a 3g signal.
    Im not sure if its my phone or the network.

    I'm not noticing any degradation of service with Verizon or AT&T in my area.
