Facebook app needed...PLEASE?

Can somebody explain to me how to get video uploaded from my IPhone to Facebook? Do I need another app or is it possible from the Facebook app?

tap the photo button and upload it that way. no other app is needed

Set up a free Posterous account. Link your Posterous account to Facebook, then email any pics and vids to your posterous account and it will send them to Facebook.

The Facebook app is just buggy as heck. Sometimes videos don't show up for me either.
