So who was shocked and happy that Joffrey died for those that hadn't read the books? Man I've been waiting for this since the first season LOL and when I read it in A Storm of Swords.

I was happy but it did catch me off guard. I actually thought that his death would have been more brutal. Not the "Snake vs Mountain" brutal, but the head lop off kind.
