Anyone else watched/ing this?

I just finished Season 1 on Netflix. It's interesting and towards the end of the season, I started to enjoy it, but most of the first season I just couldn't get into the characters. Especially Piper and Larry, I found the two of them to be annoying. Looking at some reviews online, it seems that Alex is pretty universally disliked, but she's actually the only character I really liked.

I'm starting to watch this show on Netflix now, I think I'm on episode 2 or 3, and I like it so far. I think it may take me a while before I become invested in the show in the same way that I am in "Burn Notice" and other shows that I like right now.

Watched all of season one in 3 days. Like the show a lot and, yes, Alex is very much disliked.....but Piper is as well.

Ok after seeing this thread (and getting Prisoner in Cell Block H nostalgic), I decided to check out Orange this weekend. OMG awesome show! I watched 4 episodes in a row in a mini marathon, and now I'm hooked! I'm only afraid I'm going to get to episode 13 and then be jonesing till season 2 starts next year!

I love how they mix in the flashbacks so you can get the backstory of the characters.

I finished season 1 a few days ago and I cannot wait for a second season. I started out not really liking it but after a few episodes I started feeling invested in the characters.

I understand that book is even better, but the show does retain the feel of the book (which is hard to do, IMHO). Probably because author is on the show's production staff.

No, and from what I can gather, it is still to be determined. Some sites claim "early 2014" whereas others think it will follow Season One's lead and premier next summer.

I watched it the day it was released and for the rest of that week. After the week was over I sat in silence for a while; I should've spread the viewing. Lol! So glad the new season will be here soon. I follow the show on Instagram.

I thought the premise was something I would not be interested in at all, but after my wife finished the first season and started watching it again, I sat down for the first couple and was hooked. Dynamic characters, interesting plot...it's Oz without all the graphic violence, and I can actually get into that.

I really didn't like Piper either. I liked Alex a lot more although I'm not sure why.
