That’s the problem with "Top XX" of anything. Some really good stuff gets left out... I could very easily gone with any of about 15 other movies.

I have never seen the "Children of Men" movie so I will have to check it out, but for the other two, they are both excellent. I especially like "V For Vendetta".

Impossible for me to pick "top 3 of all time" as well but Shawshank is definitely one of them!

I have never seen the "Children of Men" movie so I will have to check it out, but for the other two, they are both excellent. I especially like "V For Vendetta".

Children of Men is one of the best understated sci-fi films i have ever seen...and the cinematography is simply amazing. There's a steady came shot towards the end through the streets of this slum town and the camera never pans away for about 5min...straight through a running scene and into a standoff between a building and a tank. You'll know it when you see it, and your jaw will probably drop like mine did!
