Zagg invisible sheild and cases

I have belkin's clear vue case, I want to put a screen protector on my IP4 and I have been researching and people say that the zagg protector can not be used with a case. I only want the protector for the front of the phone, not the full body. Any one able to put a case on their zagg protected phone?

I know some people have the CandyShell with the Zagg IS. It's a tight fit, though. Very tight.
