Been grilling a lot lately and am going to be making some burgers later today. I don't really have a certain recipe that I use but I'm wondering what others do so I can try some new versions. I saw this on FoodNetwork a while back and thought maybe I'd give this a try. What are your ingredients that you use for your burgers?

My recipe:

- Meat
- Salt & pepper
- Grill

...cook, eat. I'm a believer in a simple burger, i dont want meatloaf on a bun, so i don't put egg or other crap in my burgers. If it's just me, i might put a little KC Masterpiece Honey BBQ sauce on it.

I have become a fan of the "stuffed burgers"... take two relatively thin patties. Place one on the bottom. Cover it with goodies (sharp cheddar, jalape?os, crumbled bacon are my faves)... put the other patty on top and mash the edges together well. Grill low and slow... stick it on a bun and enjoy.
