Revised to add: This may be a "soft roll out" to Yosemite Public Beta Users... after I had already completed installing on my iPhone and iPad - I got an email invite from Apple for the iOS Public Beta... so it might not be available for everyone right away...

I can go to guide, and I also see "Enroll your Mac", but not "enroll your devices". My Mac should be enrolled, as I have been running the Yosemite beta for a good while, and am enrolled in the seed program.
