I like it. Have to use it though to see. Personally, I don't think it can be any worse than the current one.

I don’t hate it. I’m just glad they didn’t get rid of the fast scrolling. This is fine compromise. But I don’t like the look of it. But I’m glad it’s not all glass anymore. The glass always looked smudge-y. I hate the Siri button being on the side though. I hate side buttons on remotes. But I’m so happy to have a mute button.

I’m not convinced on the new Remote. I like the full touch surface, but I do appreciate the additional controls Apple has added.

I guess I've never understood why people hate the Siri remote. I've never had any issues. I don't know about the new one though. It's hideous, and a scroll wheel? Gross. I do like the power button though.
