Yellow can't locate my location to create account

When I make a name and choose profile photo, and turn on location, the yellow bar in the right down corner keeps loading forever and forever... I've restarted me phone, i have reset all my location settings.. I have deleted the app like 10 times, nothing works. I have the latest update of IOS. Iphone 7 +

Do other apps have access to your location? Do your parents have restrictions on that?

As a parent, I've read about this app and if you're going to use it, be very careful. It might be worth having a discussion with your parents about it. And don't meet up with anyone you meet on there, by any means.
