Item Description: Selling my 32GB Black & Slate Verizon iPhone 5 that is fully unlocked. This device is a replacement I got from the Apple Store in July due to my original launch phone's Sleep/Wake button going out.

Condition: Phone is near mint, only blemish is a tiny chip in the bottom of the casing between the Lightning port and and the left speaker
Includes: Original Box, EarPods, Lightning cable, Adapter and Mass Effect 3 Hard Case
