Working Out

I searched around before i posted this but i had a blackberry for over 3 years and just switched to this iphone 3gs

looked at the accessories store and couldn't really find any definitive anything on a strap case like the 5th gen click wheel iPods have for working out(gym wise/basketball)
i run alot and would really like my music back.

any suggestions

thanks yeah i was considering it
just the lack of reviews on anything in the store kind of mabye make it skeptical.
