I really need one for my mother. Her 4 has a badly shattered screen and Apple WILL NOT doing ANYTHING for her. She just started her contract in Feb. and she is not eligable for an upgrade and AT&T will not budge on her upgrade one bit, believe I've tried.

I do not need this for myself but for my mom, help!

i am really new at this. but for and 80 year old who loves technology i think i am cool.
just ordered my iphone 4s and awaiting delivery.....did have the blackberry storm.....ugh!
hated it from the start.
i love my ipad2 and found it is an obsession....i take it everywhere.....so now i will have my own hot spot. lol
so far i don't need help but when i do i will keep checking it out here.

i have a Droid X and with so many problems with this phone and OS, i'm ready to go to apple. i would really love to have this phone considering VERIZON won't give me an upgrade until november of next year, since they changed their early upgrade policy without notifying people.
