Split view is already available with compatible iPad devices. Slide over also. You would need a compatible iPad, so if you don't have it now with iOS 9, you won't have it with iOS 10.

Yes, on an iPad pro 12.9. Until now didn't see this feature on another iPad.

And no, this is not split screen but two parallel views in Safari. That was not possible with split screen before.

It still may be only available with newer iPads, just like SpitView.

Just to confirm I've got it on my iPad Pro 9.7". No reason to this this wouldn't be in all ios10 supported iPads.

Anyone with a mini tried it?

The iPad Mini 2 and 3 only have the same A7 processor and graphics chip and1GB of RAM, while supported by iOS 10, can only do Slide Over and Picture in Picture with iOS 9. The iPad Mini 4 has the A8 processor and 2GB of RAM and can do Split View also with iOS 9. The original iPad Mini is supported by iOS 9, but does not do Slide Over, Split View or Picture in Picture, BTW. I can see the iPad Mini 4 being supported, but maybe someone who actually has an iPad Mini with the iOS 10 beta can confirm.
