Will there be a new iPhone in Summer '10?

I ask this because I have the iPhone 3G that i bought last August so it's contract will be up in a couple monthes and i want the new iPhone 3G S. But I have noticed that every summer now a new iPhone has come out. So should i just wait until next summer and get the brand new one? Do you guys have any idea if there is a new iPhone in development?
