Will the iPhone connect to both my Watch & my car's hands-free system simultaneously?

I have an Apple Watch and an iPhone 6 Plus. With the iPhone connected to my Watch via Bluetooth, will the iPhone still connect to my car's hands free (using Bluetooth)?

I have my phone and watch connected, then in the car my phone also connects to my Bluetooth audio and hands free as well as my Automatic dongle.

No problems!!

my phone cuts in and out with my car now with the AW connected. Also same with my wireless headphones.
