Will Nike Apple Watch offer all watch faces or just Nike faces

Will Nike edition Apple Watch only use Nike watch faces or can you choose from all watch OS faces

Great question, but one in which I do not have a definitive answer for. If i had to guess, I'd say that although the focus of the Nike Apple Watch edition would be exercising, I'd like to think that you'd still be able to use one of the default watch faces in case you just want to wear the watch during times youre not running or exercising in general.
