If I buy a new iPad and sign in with my current I'd and password will all my info be on the new iPad?

Will my files appear on my new iPad when I sign in with my iCloud information?

If you login to the new iPad with your iCloud credentials, all of the things that are currently synced to iCloud will sync to the new iPad.
