Will iPhone 4S include Sprint Apps?

Absolutely not. iPhones come with no carrier branding or bloatware whatsoever.

That is true and that is the 'back door' way. But Apple is adamant about not pre-installing carrier specific apps on the iPhone.

You will have to call sprint sales.

I'm sure sprint will come out with apps for that do t worry but you can always use real apps like navigon and Netflix
