Will a deep scratch on my iPad Pro’s display be covered under Apple Care Plus?

I was using iPad Pro 9.7 in targus case it scratch my display a deep scratch.

Is this covered under Apple care plus and it does affect iPad I can see it when I view iPad when it’s on ?

I was going to put a temper glass but it scratched.

Yes and it will cost $100 or so to fix it.

It should be covered as long as it’s not “light cosmetic damage”.
Visit the Apple Store, and they will take care of you

Yes and it will cost $100 or so to fix it.

It’s 50 not 100

My sister bent iPad mini 4 under Apple care plus was 50 dollars not sure if it’s the same for mine.

Update they won’t charge me at all since Apple care sent me it like that and had zero in stock in stock called apple care again for a new One

Update apple care sent me one with dust in display then a senior advisor gave me a iPad Pro 10.5 256 GB for my trouble.
