Why when the screen goes off and awake again that the wifi doesn't stay connected?
When, I wake up the phone it shows LTE for few second before going back to wifi.
If one download an app and the screen goes off, is that means it dowlnloaf on cellular?

Wifi goes int "hot standby" when the screen is locked and you're seein lag when it wakes up... The phone will still use wifi in the background when needed when the screen is locked.

I did not see lag when I woke it up. Just saw the icon going from LTE to wifi

Thanks did not realize this. I do not recall my iPhone 6s Plus doing this, however my 7 does. Hmm.
