Wi-Fi not working

there is a timecapsule in our house which was setup when we got sonos installed set a password without bothering to tell anyone what it was. About a week ago we started having problems with it and so i did a soft reset and fiddled with the settings until it said everything is alright but now some iDevices can't get wi-fi in places they should be able to and where they could when the timecapsule wasn't working anybody got any ideas

Temporarily disable encryption on the TimeCapsule and test to see if all of your devices can connect. If so, set a new encryption, change radio channels (if necessary) and test your devices again. Make sure there are no firewalls blocking the connection. Finally, reset the Network setting on your idevices.
