From the Notifications pull-down screen, I click on the X, then Clear but my notifications remain. The same happens when I swipe the notification to the left. Please help me clear out my notifications. Thank you!

Swipe to the left on the notifications, and then tap on the X.

Tapping the little X can be difficult. I have trouble with mine. I have to tap on it several times. The X is often unresponsive. Swiping is easier, but when there's 15 of one thing...
