why wont my notification bar scrool up on my ipad?
I turn my IPad off for one minute then I come back and then it would not let me scroll my notification bar down. then it finally let me scroll it down. After I was done looking at my notifications I scroll it up and it stopped mid way. now when ever I go and turn my IPad on it is still there. now it wont let me go to my home page,
