Why won't my iPhone send a pic after I close down the word help bar under where I type a message?

my iphone won't send a pic after i close down the word help bar under where i type a message

I could send a pic before I closed out of the word help bar. but when I closed it and opened it back up won't send pic message

Word help bar? Where are you sending the picture to? Are you sending directly from the app? Are you attaching to Facebook?

Might help us just a touch if you could send us a bit of detail.
