Why won't my iPhone 5c play a complete album, is just plays the same track over and over again?

My Iphone 5c will not play a complete album, it just plays the same trak again and again.

I have to stop the track from playing again and manually pick the next track

Is this through iTunes? Or another application?

Is the whole album fully downloaded. It might only play the same track since that is the only one it has access too.

When you highlight a song, the play order control buttons are at the bottom.
