Why won't my iPhone 5c go online?

iphone 5c won't go online

we have two 5c iphones, one is okay, the other will not go online. it returns to home screen after it starts to load a page.

Are you using the Safari browser? Can you send emails OK or use a different browser perhaps and try that to see if it connects to the internet?

Have you tried a reset by holding the home button and power button until the Apple logo appears on the screen, then letting go?
