Why won't my iPad turn on?

my Ipad will not start up only the apple comes up for 15 to 30 seconds then shuts down

I keep trying to start my Ipad the apple icon comes up and is on from 5 seconds up to 30 second then turns off. the battery is fully charged

Sounds like you may have to set up an appointment with a technician in the Genius Bar at your local Apple store. If not there, bring it in to an authorized Apple repair shop.
