Why won't my iPad connect to safari?

My iPad can send/receive email, iMessages, and all apps work. I'm getting a strong wifi connection. Cannot connect to safari. Reset network settings, still not working.

iPhone and other iPads working fine.

I assume since you reset network settings you tried a standard force close of safari and reboot your device- if you haven't try that- also have you just for giggles download another web browser like chrome?

I too was having trouble with Safari, in my iPhone 6S. For the past few days it wouldn't load any pages. Today I updated my iPhone to the newest software 9.3.5 and it fixed the problem. Safari now works flawlessly again.
