I don't know. Is Wi-Fi enabled on the iPad? Are there any IP or MAC filtering restrictions enabled on your Wireless router that could be preventing the iPad from connecting? Do you have a firewall in place that could be blocking the iPad from connecting to your Wi-Fi network?
