Why won't my fingerprint work when using my Lifeproof FRE case?

The fingerprint identity works without case. It also works when the front of the Lifeproof is set on top. But, when I click together and screw it in, it will NOT work. Any suggestions?

I would set up Touch ID again after you got the life proof case on.

I don't know, but if it were me, I'd simply find another case to use.
