Why won't my 5s start up?

my iphone 5s wont start up.

I replace a new battery but still not working.after connecting the charger i can call to the phone but no sound or vibration.please help me.

I'm not sure we can help with self repaired devices.
The common advise is to have your devices repaired at authorized dealers and repair services.

I believe the battery was replaced incorrectly and some wires were broken. Those two parts of the phone are not receiving power. Might want to get it checked out at an Apple Store or your carrier store.

I would take it to an Apple Store and let them check it out. If that's not possible, a reputable repair shop would suffice.
