Why won't iTunes accept my Apple ID when I[ve changed it and it works on Apple?

I've tried to solve the problem with several other suggested fixes. I've uninstalled iTunes and when I reinstall and try to sync it with my iPhone it says it can't authorize the phone. When I put in my Apple ID it says it still can't authorize the phone.

All I can do is recommend that you contact Apple and see if they can resolve the issue from their end. You're going to have to verify your identity first, by the way.
