I dropped my phone in water ever since it hasn't been letting me use my finger print

Hi there,

Can you clarify whether the phone won't let you add a fingerprint to Touch ID or it won't let you use it? Dropping it in water, there's a good chance the Touch ID sensor is damaged. Is there an Apple Store nearby where you can take it? Or call Apple support and see if they can run a diagnostics test over the air?
